Co-Founder
Maureen Longoria is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in relocation management and business development. As the Co-Founder and CEO of LivNow Relocation since January 2022, she is changing the way families navigate later-in-life transitions.
Previously, Maureen served as Vice President of Business Development at Odyssey Relocation Management (2020-2021) and as Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer at Moving Station and Orion Mobility (2016-2020), where she drove significant growth through strategic rebranding, sales, and market positioning.
As President of Resource Solution Affiliates, Inc. (RSAI), Maureen was responsible for building a diversified relocation management company and later oversaw the sale of the company. Her earlier roles include Global Business Development at The Paxton Companies (2012-2016), where she excelled in domestic and international sales, and business development leadership positions at Promisor Relocation and NRI Relocation, Inc., contributing to the growth and success of each organization through innovative strategies and leadership.
Maureen, as Co-Founder of LivNow, participated in AARP’s AgeTech Collaborative Accelerator program where they then went on to invest in LivNow. She held the designations for Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), and has earned a FIDI Diploma from the FIDI Global Alliance. Maureen has held roles on numerous boards and committees, including the Chicago Relocation Council, HRMAC (Human Resource Management Association of Chicago) Interest Groups, ERC Worldwide Planning Committee, ERC Worldwide Charitable Foundation, and has been a volunteer at BEDS Homeless Shelter for over 25 years.
Based in the Greater Chicago Area, Maureen resides in the western suburbs with her husband and three children.

Michelle Coughlin is obsessed with finding ways to make a technology work for everyone. Drawing on her 25+ years in leadership global mobility, she has helped hundreds of corporations move their employees around the world and is on a mission to bring that same experience to the Senior Living Community. Michelle believes that technology should be accessible and easy to use for all ages and is committed to bringing the knowledge of global technology that she has created over 25 years to a new audience.
When Michelle isn’t helping companies achieve their software requirements, you can find her in Richmond, VA with her dog Pippin. Michelle graduated from the University of Massachusetts and has used her Communications degree in every position she has held in her varied career history. Michelle is an avid crafter and spends almost all of her off time knitting, crocheting or crafting of some kind.
