Maureen Longoria is obsessed with finding ways to make a later in life move less stressful and overwhelming. Drawing on her 25+ years in leadership positions in corporate relocation, she has helped hundreds of corporations move their employees around the world and is on a mission to change the way older adults transition into Senior Living Communities. Maureen recognizes the void in support for older adults and is committed to bringing executive class services to residents moving into 55+ and Senior Living Communities. She is also committed to providing older adults with technology specific to their relocation needs to give them easy access to all their relocation information.
Maureen is also passionate about building a ‘profit for purpose’ company that is focused on sustainability and giving back to the Senior Living Communities. “Everything we do at LivNow Relocation will be ‘a good move’!” From bringing shelf stable food to food pantries to making sure our client’s treasures are repurposed. ‘Everyone at LivNow will bring empathy and care to everything we do’.
Maureen has worked for several large Relocation Management Companies and Global Van Lines during her career. She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and has earned a FIDI Diploma from the FIDI Global Alliance. Maureen has held roles on numerous boards and committees including the Chicago Relocation Council, HRMAC (Human Resource Management Association of Chicago) Interest Groups, ERC Worldwide Planning Committee, ERC Worldwide Charitable Foundation, and been a volunteer at BEDS Homeless Shelter for over 20 years.
When Maureen isn’t obsessing about how to deliver happier residents to Senior Living Communities, you can find her in the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband, three kids (who are all Dayton Flyers!), and 2 dogs. She loves long wine filled dinners with her extended family and friends, and can often be found riding her bike, working out, or reading a good non-fiction book. When possible, she loves to travel where it’s warm and she can hang out on the water. When you meet her be sure to ask her about her trip to the Maldives.
Lisa Burns is on a mission to make a difference each day in the lives of older adults moving into 55+ and senior living communities. Over the course of 25+ years Lisa has successfully supported employee’s and their families relocate worldwide for their companies. She understands the complexity of moving and the emotional toll it takes on the family. In 2018 Lisa began supporting future residents moving into senior living communities combining her knowledge of moving and passion for helping those who deserve a stress-free move. After recently moving her Father-in-law out of their home of 52 years, Lisa experienced firsthand the struggle a family faces when orchestrating the physical and emotional process.
Lisa understands that by sourcing the best suppliers, providing one point of contact for the family, and consolidating all the information on a simple to use mobile platform is the recipe for delivering happy residents to their new home.
During Lisa’s tenure, she has worked for the largest Corporate Housing and Relocation Management Companies, served on the board of the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago, founding group of the Midwest Relocation Conference, International High Interest Group Chair for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Lisa holds a BA in Communications from the University of Iowa and is a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
When Lisa is not working to perfect the move process she is spending time with her husband and recent college graduate triplets in Wheaton, IL. She enjoys spending time in nature, traveling the world, and family game night.
Michelle Coughlin is obsessed with finding ways to make a technology work for everyone. Drawing on her 25+ years in leadership global mobility, she has helped hundreds of corporations move their employees around the world and is on a mission to bring that same experience to the Senior Living Community. Michelle believes that technology should be accessible and easy to use for all ages and is committed to bringing the knowledge of global technology that she has created over 25 years to a new audience.
When Michelle isn’t helping companies achieve their software requirements, you can find her in Richmond, VA with her dog Pippin. Michelle graduated from the University of Massachusetts and has used her Communications degree in every position she has held in her varied career history. Michelle is an avid crafter and spends almost all of her off time knitting, crocheting or crafting of some kind.
Kathi Fredendall has had a passion for Seniors most of her life, beginning with her grandparents and the care they received. Her personal experiences with her parents and grandparents have given her insight and compassion for the senior space. Her enthusiasm for helping others and her love of seniors led her to LivNow Relocation.
Kathi’s career of over 25 years in corporate relocation includes leadership roles in account management, operations oversight and real estate while working for some of the largest relocation management and real estate companies. She’s been involved with relocation councils including the Corporate Relocation Council’s membership committee, Relocation Council of Central Ohio’s planning committee and board member, Great Lakes Relocation Council’s planning and membership committees.
Kathi has used her professional experiences in corporate relocation and applied them to the senior living space through her understanding of supplier management, team leadership and knowledge of the senior industry. She is continually working to improve the customer experience allowing us to have provide happier residents to your community.
Kathi has volunteered with the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association and domestic violence shelters. Outside of LivNow Relocation, she loves the outdoors, concerts, and spending time with her niece, nephews and 2 great-nephews. Kathi also loves to travel both domestically and internationally, she’s hoping that her trip to Alaska, that’s been delayed the past couple of years, will be able to be finalized in 2023.
Elaine Smythe believes every senior relocating into a Senior Living Community deserves an executive class move. Drawing on her 30+ years in corporate relocation, she is committed to providing solutions to help senior living and active adult communities grow their occupancy, escalate move-ins, and improve the bottom line just as she helped global companies expertly manage their employee relocations around the world. She is now spending her time improving the relocation process for seniors and their families and believes by doing so they will arrive to the community happier and excited for the next chapter of their life. Not only will this be good for the senior, but will support the sales team by generating more referrals and freeing them up to stay focused on selling. Elaine is excited to use her experience to serve Senior Living Communities and feels honored to serve those that have served us.
Elaine has spent the better part of her career in leadership roles in sales and marketing for major relocation management companies and global logistics firms. She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), Talent Mobility Specialist (GMS-T) and has served on numerous advisory committees at the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council for 20+ years.
When Elaine isn’t focusing on how to further improve the senior relocation process, you can find her on the east coast with friends and family at home or on the Delaware beaches, running with her dog, Radar or catching up with her son, Connor. Her latest hobby is furniture renovations, but her personal passion is being a Peer Mentor for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, helping newly diagnosed patients as her way of giving back.
Denise Mast has been in the Relocation and Mobility industry for over 30 years and has a passion for service and building great partnerships. Throughout her career, she has held various customer and client facing roles at several of the largest relocation management companies. Denise has helped many relocation organizations, and corporate clients, create value driven relocation programs that align with their culture.
Denise’s experience in leading, and teaching teams of customer service professionals, has brought creative and collaborative thinking to LivNow’s partner relationships. Her goal is to build relationships with best-in-class providers for LivNow’s Certified Supplier Network. Denise holds a Managing Broker Real Estate license and is responsible for managing LNR Real Estate and training qualified local real estate agents on the opportunity to work in tandem with LivNow Relocation.
Denise earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), and served as Program Planning Chair on the Corporate Relocation Counsel Board. She has made contributions to continuing education and mentoring programs, and brings proficiency, understanding, and compassion to our team.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her growing family, and cherishes Sunday family dinners.She also has a passion for ministry, having mentored many young women through her home on Wednesday nights, talking through family life, professional avenues, and faith journeys.
