LivNow’s Relocation Specialist is also a real estate expert who will make sure your home sale is as stress free as possible.

LivNow Relocation partners with local professional organizers to assist our customers in downsizing and organizing their home. They are adept at working with floor plans to determine what furniture goes to the new home. And they take the stress out of determining what to do with ‘the stuff’ that stays behind. We share a common passion for helping older adults transition with ease into their new homes.

Our local moving partners are passionate about providing the utmost of care to our clients as they move into their new home and provide a full range of moving services to meet every need. We also offer Discard & Donate services through providers that are committed to environmentally-conscious practices striving to donate as many items as possible so other families can benefit.

Gone are the days when you have to carry around a 3 ring binder to keep all your relocation paperwork and contacts in one place! LivNow provides you with technology to access all your move information (i.e. brokers market analysis, moving estimates, floor plans, etc.) and contacts (Relocation Specialist, movers, realtors, etc.) in one place. You can also proactively manage tasks and upcoming appointments. You can even share access to your relocation information with other family members. You will have complete visibility to your move in one secure, central location.

We help you repurpose your cherished belongings by working with suppliers who will ensure they are donated to a local charitable organization. We’ve also partnered with Move for Hunger to donate any shelf stable food you don’t need and bring it to the local food pantry.
