They will help you put together a move timeline and introduce the right providers at the right time based on your personal transition needs. No. Our Relocation Specialists work from different locations throughout the country. However, they work very closely with and manage the local, on the ground suppliers that you’ll require to make your transition a success.
We want to make it as easy possible, so you have the option of connecting via their direct phone number, by email, or text message. You can also FaceTime from your Apple mobile device (iPhone) or even schedule a Zoom meeting at your convenience. In addition, both you and your family members or delegates can access the LivNow technology platform where you can easily view all your move-related documents, cost estimates, realtor information, and all provider contact information related to your transition. The choice is yours!
We’ve developed a very stringent vetting process to select highly qualified realtors for our certified network. We maintain and track data on real estate properties listed and sold, as well agent performance. We also partner with top Corporate Relocation Directors nationally to hand pick the best agents suited for your specific home. In fact, many of our LivNow Certified Realtors are also your community’s preferred real estate agents. These realtors are very successful full-time agents in your neighborhood and understand how to overcome any challenges in the marketing and selling of your home. They are also required to adhere to all LivNow quality and performance standards.
All agents in our Certified Network are required to complete ongoing training, adhere to our quality standards, sign a Service Agreement, and agree to waive unnecessary administrative fees from your Listing Agreement – saving you time and money! These are just a few important things to consider. In addition, our recommended Realtors have been successful at producing top dollar offers and often times “over list price.” They will go above and beyond to ensure your home sells quickly and for the most money.

As your advocate, your Relocation Specialist will review the Comparative Marketing Analysis and Marketing Plan submitted by any Realtor, provide unbiased guidance and answer any questions you may have. In the end, you select which realtor you’d like to work with to list your home.

The realtor choice is 100 percent your decision. However, while we understand that many of our clients know a local realtor (possibly a friend or family member), bear in mind that realtor may not specialize in your locality or specific home value range. We understand this is likely your largest financial asset, and that’s why we always recommend two top-producing agents for you to personally interview, compare their marketing analyses, pricing recommendations and services they will offer as part of their overall marketing strategy for your home. Our overall goal is to offer you options and unbiased guidance so you can make an informed decision when selecting your listing agent.
Our partners are selected based on stringent criteria, meeting our high-quality performance, reliability, and industry professional standards. This includes Better Business Bureau (BBB) ratings, industry credentials and certifications, company website data integrity, multiple customer review sites, and even background checks to provide peace of mind for our customers.
