Our senior living life-plan community client in North Carolina planned 2-tower expansion. Their goal was to fill 149 total units across multiple buildings, each with its own schedule and timeline.
By the end of 2024, they aimed to reach 78% occupancy. A focus on continuing sales across existing buildings while welcoming new residents into the community was a key success goal.
