- Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which will provide you with a thorough analysis of the market and compare your home to others on the market as well as ones that have recently sold. This will provide you with a very good indicator of the projected sale price of your home and how long it will take to sell. We recommend that everyone obtain 2 CMA’s to have access to information from 2 different perspectives.
The CMA’s will provide you with deep insight into how your home compares to others on the market to help you determine your list price. Your Dedicated Relocation Specialists, will review the CMA’s for accuracy and consistency. Should there be a large variance in the comparable properties chosen, projected sale price, or suggest list price, they will recommend a 3rd agent perform another CMA.

These resources include social media, staging, virtual staging, virtual renovations, professional pictures, and virtual tours.
