How We Track NPS at LivNow
After each move-in, seniors and their families complete a brief survey. They are asked to rate their experience with each member of their relocation team — from their LivNow Relocation Specialist to their mover, real estate agent, and professional organizer. To keep feedback approachable, we use an easy-to-understand happy/neutral/sad face scale.
But the most telling question of all is the one that drives our NPS: “Would you use LivNow services again?” This yes/no measure tells us, directly, whether we have succeeded in making the move as smooth and stress-free as possible. At LivNow Relocation our Net Promotor Score consistently ranges between 96% and 100%, a testament to the satisfaction level and value our customers receive.
