With LivNow’s expansion program in place the community exceeded their 120-day occupancy and revenue goals by 53% in addition to exceeding their year-end budget targets.  This resulted in a $25.8 million increase in actual revenues, not including interest savings and ancillary fees. 

  • LivNow improved the community’s 78% occupancy goal to 93% by year-end.
  • No additional sales support employees were hired resulting in additional cost savings for the community, and our program allowed the team to focus on sales for the new expansion units while remaining focused on sales for the existing community – a top priority achieved for this project
